My trip to Europe

Well it has been along time since I have written in this blog but here goes... back in 1984 i returned from my first trip the the South Pacific Fiji, NewZealand Australia and Hawaii.. after 6 months of travel living in backpackers hostals and such..I was hooked on travel in my mind I wsa going to save up and go to Europe and see all the people whom I met while travelling in the south pacific.. aaahhh the trip that would be... well a few yerars passed and I had not made it to Europe .. I then returned to live in Fiji the country I had fell in Love with on my first trip while there for 4.5 months I met yet again alot of Europeon people as I had also returned to NewZealand for three weeks.. but allas I came home and my life changed I got married had a beautiful little girl and travel was in the rear window but I divorced when she was 4 and had been on my own with her since she was just over a year old..so this dream of going to Europe was not to be .. when Lindsey was 9 I was fortunate enough to have been able to work Pipeline construction and saved enough money to take her and myself back to the south pacific once again meeting many wonderful people.. well we kept in touch with a few of them her English parents moved to Auzzie though... Long story short January 4th 1984 I set out with my cousin Stacy to the South Pacific for the first time and here it is almost 27 years later and I am setting out to see Europe.. My daughter Lindsey is attending a YWAM school in Switzerland .. her and I will be going to England together for 6 days then she is off to school in Lausanne Switzerland and I will be off to see Europe.. not sure where I will head to first or all I may see , but this is a trip I have dreamed of doing for along time.. I will try to update this blog as I go and capture memories with my camera..your more than welcome to follow along on my adventure..

July 19th weekend

We went down to Wainwright this weekend to get in some visiting

Ed had not ween some of his old friends in quite a while they had a 100 year celebration going on and they had free food at all the tents inthe park.. we walked around a bit to see all the stuff and I came across this flower bed

These were the nicest poppies I had ever seen
They had a little dog show and this guy jumped the highest

We went out ot our friends Howie and Dawn Strouds they stood up for us at our wedding actually they were the only ones there, Ed and Howie are 20 years apart to the Day so this is a special picture Ed turns 55 and Howie 75 on the 26th of July
